While building evaluation covers the fundamentals – Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Planned Maintenance Programmes, Fire Insurance Valuations, and Schedules of Dilapidations – we are also able to implement a complete building design strategy. We design new buildings, refurbish existing buildings, and plan the use of space for all office, retail and industrial schemes. In addition, our integrated architectural and building surveying team resolves issues of conservation, planning and interior design.

We manage every aspect of the contract administration process. The team designs, tenders and administers contracts on all types of commercial projects. These aspects of our service also form part of a larger capability to undertake comprehensive project management and development monitoring, thus efficiently packaging the development and construction process.

Everyone in the company is computer literate and can access the office network from their desk or from a remote location, for example home or site. We use a full range of IT hardware and software including digital photography and full colour desktop printing facilities.

All architectural drawings are produced on CAD with information issued either by e-mail or in-house generated large format prints.
