While building evaluation covers the fundamentals – Building Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Planned Maintenance Programmes, and Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments – we are also able to implement a complete building design strategy. We design new buildings, refurbish existing buildings, and plan the use of space for all office, retail and industrial schemes. In addition, our integrated architectural and building surveying team resolves issues of conservation, planning and interior design.
We manage every aspect of the contract administration process. The team designs, tenders and administers contracts on all types of commercial projects.
