Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies are undertaken on all building types to evaluate full development potential. Initial proposals are prepared to ascertain planning potential and to ensure maximised added value to commercial opportunity. Change of use and mixed use capability is considered for all commercial property types.

Space Planning

A CAD based space planning service is provided commencing with an audit of a client's needs through to preparation of proposals to illustrate various occupational options.

Detailed Design

The architectural team provides a detailed design service and produces full production drawings for the tender and construction phase of projects. CAD is employed for all instructions to produce comprehensive, co-ordinated and clear working drawings. Liaison with statutory authorities is undertaken and Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulation applications are prepared and submitted.

Conservation

Slater Michael LLP has specialist knowledge in conservation matters. This service is particularly useful when dealing with listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas. The team has experience of implementing repairs and refurbishment to listed buildings and is familiar with the required liaison alongside planning and conservation authorities.
