Technical specifications are provided in house utilising NBS procedures.

Tender Documentation

In conjunction with specifications, tender packages are provided to suit the form of contract appropriate to each project. Tender lists are agreed with clients and tender reports and recommendations are prepared.

Site Supervision

Slater Michael LLP undertakes regular site visits to ensure that the appropriate level of site supervision is provided for all building and refurbishment projects.
